Soviet Cold War Era Naval Command Pennant

Original period manufacture. All wool construction measuring 17 x 80 inches. Clear markings on the gray cotton hoist, and date of 1986. Adopted in 1935 and used until 1992, with a variety of command designations. No moth issues.
