German WWI Era, Three Place Medal Lapel Button

Original period manufacture. 30mm enameled bar featuring three individual awards, EK 2 on the left, and on the right the Hindenburg Cross with a tiny set of crossed swords at center. The central award I have not made an effort to identify, possibly Baden WWI service medal.
