Japanese WWII Red Cross Order of Merit, Cased

Original era manufacture. Established in 1888 and awarded to those who have rendered distinguished service in aiding the work of the Society. This example is a very fine specimen with no enamel damage and complete with stickpin and lapel button. Silk case lining is frayed a bit over the hinge, nice enameled wood case.
