US WWI M1913 Patton Saber, LF&C 1918

Original period manufacture. Full length example of this large pattern sword, last model issued to the US Cavalry. The blade is quite clean, no issues and runs straight and true, measuring 35 inches in length. Original dark finished steel guard with black plastic grips. Wood bodied scabbard covered in original age-darkened canvas covering, original finish throat and chape. Overall the sword is in original finish, displaying honest age and never improved upon or modified.
