Description
Original era photography. A pre-war album of over 270 original black and white photographs, assembled by a sailor who may have been a crewman on the USS New Orleans. Lots of capital ships, Saratoga, Nevada, California, Oklahoma, Louisville, many of them veterans of the Pearl Harbor attack in 1941. There are some folks-at-home images in the back of the album, those having a charm of their own, however most of the images contained in the album are of a military nature.
