Japanese WWII Army Officers Visor Hat

Original era manufacture. Early quality, doeskin wool WWII Japanese Army officer visor hat with a mustard wool top piped in red wool. Red wool cap band decorated with a gilded brass star. Bound edge, oil cloth covered visor, adjustable black patent leather chinstrap secured with two cherry blossom decorated buttons. Black silk lining material, with a well used black oilcloth sweatband. The sweatband is securely sewn to the body, no moth issues to speak of. Displays quite nicely.
