French M1874 Gras Bayonet, Matching Numbers

Original era manufacture. A clean example with a polished steel blade showing an 1881 date on the spine. The scabbard is free of dents and retains most of its original blue finish. Decent wood grips with a nice patina to the brass pommel. Matching numbers bayonet to scabbard of 16929.
