Polish Wz.1933 Combat Rucksack

Polish Wz.1933 Combat Rucksack. The WZ.1933 rucksack was an improved version of the Model 1927 Rucksack, now made of canvas instead of denim. The military planned to equip the entire army in this new version, but the German invasion of Poland in 1939 caused production to halt. This is a nice canvas rucksack, the rucksack is showing various markings in red ink and looks to be dated 1939. The rucksack is complete with its original carrying straps. The name of a German soldier is written on the back, this rucksack was probably reissued in the Wehrmacht during the war. This rucksack was recently found in Germany in a house cleaning. Extremely rare original pre-war Polish rucksack in very good condition!
