Suizex Small French Wrist Watch Swiss Movement WORKING

Description

Small Suizex French wristwatch with a Swiss movement. I did test this and it kept reasonably decent time over 24 hours. If you take it to a watch shop, they could probably clean it and adjust the time to be perfect. I tried to research this company and came up empty handed. They seem to have made watches from around the 1920's into the 60's or 70's. The style of the face suggests this is from the 1940's maybe early 50's - the serial number inside is 36, unless that is a year. What is interesting is it does not have a second hand, but it does have the seconds indicated around the outer edge of the face a little bit like a diving watch but without the function. In short, it is a working, small French watch with a Swiss movement that needs a little cleaning and it has an attractive face.
