Shoulder Strap for Belt Luftschutz?

I believe this is a Luftschutz or Feuerwehr shoulder strap. It is riveted together, which was common for some non military gear as well as some later war field gear. It is in good condition, but would require another belt loop to hook onto to attach it to a belt.
