Krügerband Tape in Tin

Krügerband tape tin with tape inside. Originally it was 5 meters, I am not sure how much is left and how much was already used. The side of the tin is marked 'Made in Germany'. The tin is in good condition with light wear. The inside is clean. I am not sure if the tape is usable or if it is still sticky or not.
