Blue Bicycle Pump

Period blue bicycle pump. This style pump is designed to be mounted between 2 nipples on the frame. It works but could work better. Would be a great pump to restore. It measures about 14' long but compresses to 13 1/2' under spring tension for mounting. The paint is coming off in a lot places; it looks to have been painted green before it was blue.
