Amoeba Helmet Cover and Board Slips

Sold
$6.00

Description

Small size reproduction field made helmet cover from Soviet amoeba fabric. These will fit a shell size 64 and smaller. It may fit a size 66 but it will be very close and I won't guarantee it will fit as each cover is hand made and slightly different from the next. All the larger sizes sold out in person. They are made from a large piece of amoeba fabric that I obtained several years ago. I do not know if the fabric was original or not, but I suspect it was some form of early reproduction maybe from the 1990's. It is faded and has a nice worn look. These are great covers for Stalingrad and any event occurring around late 1941 - early 1943.Also available are some amoeba shoulder board slips, normally used by officers and anyone else trying to mask their rank slightly to help avoid targeting by a sniper. Because the amoeba pattern is so large not every slip has pattern on it. Each set has a slip with some visible pattern and a slip with little or no pattern on the top side.Select eitherAmoeba Helmet CoverorAmoeba Shoulder Board Slips setfrom the drop down before adding to cart.
