Bicycle Reflector ALARM

Glass bicycle reflector. It is marked Alarm B.N. 36/345/4000. There are some scratches on the glass. It is made from very hard rubber. I am unsure of its exact age. Ready to mount on a fender. It measures a little under 2' in diameter.
