Simon Arzt Cigarette Tin No.70L

Period Simon Arzt cigarette tin. This was a Jewish owned company out of Egypt. I am not sure if it is pre-war from the 1930s or post-war 1950s. The shiny area on the bottom is where the tax seal was. The tin is in decent condition; there are some rust spots and small indents. It measures about 4 1/8' x 3 3/8'.
