Repro Infantry Assault Badge in Silver

Created on December 20th 1939, the Infantry Assault badge in silver was created for infantry that participated in:at least three infantry assaults (including counter-attacks)orat least three armed reconnaissance operations or engaged in hand-to-hand combat in an assault positionorparticipated on three separate days in the reestablishment of combat positions.Motorized/mechanized units were not eligible for this award.This is the best looking reproduction I have seen, which is why I chose to stock it. I have avoided medals for a long time simply because the quality just wasn't there until now.
