Vintage 1940s black rayon dress with peplum.Measurements (approximate):Bust- 43'Waist- 32'Hips- 42'Length- 45 1/2'It is slightly sheer, so a slip should be worn underneath. The front has a sailor collar look. It is in good condition overall, wearable with flaws. There is light wear along the neckline and a spot of discoloration on the bottom hem. It has some pulls in the material and wear around the button accents.
