Wartime or pre-war Graf Bluco Piccolo Bakelite ink blotting paper dispenser; there is no paper left on it though. It is marked D.R.G.M.It is in decent condition with some wear and it is a little dirty. This style blotting paper roller can be found in original photos from time to time.A very useful item if you are writing with a nice fountain pen. It measures about 4' X 3'.
