German Black Rayon Dress with White Stitching(B-34' W-28' H-37.5')

Vintage German 1930s/1940s black rayon dress with white stitching.MEASUREMENTS (approximate):Bust- 34'Waist- 28'Hips- 37 1/2'Length- 36 1/2'Neck- 13'The shoulders and the waist have white decorative stitching and there is a bow at the neck. It has an attached belt that is very long (for the photos we wrapped the belt around the back and tied it in the front). There are snaps at the cuffs of the sleeves. There are buttons underneath the neck on the back (a lot of German fashion from the era has rather tight collars). The length of the dress is a little short, so it would be best for a petite lady (probably 5'4' and under) or a younger girl.It is in good condition, but is rather wrinkly. There is some very light discoloration in places and a little staining along the neck (mostly on the inside).
