Blue and White Peplum Blazer(B-32' W-26')

Vintage 1940s blue and white peplum blazer.MEASUREMENTS (approximate):Bust- 32'Waist- 26'Length- 19 1/2'This blazer buttons down the front with very unique buttons; the ends of the sleeves also have a button. There is extra navy blue fabric around the waist for a nice peplum. There is a maker's label inside, 'Natalie Green Exclusive.' There is also a Consumer's Protection National Recovery Board manufactured under fair labor standards union label. It is lined.It is in decent, wearable condition, but does have a few issues. There are two brown spots on the lapel and there is discoloration around the button holes (not really noticeable when worn). There are some brown spots on the inside of the peplum, but nothing visible on the outside.
