1930s Good Luck Glass Paper Weight

Congratulations, it's an Ingeborg! Memento / good luck item purchased when a child (Ingeborg) was born (Oct 23 1930). These were quite popular in the 1920's and 30's and were made for weddings, children, good luck at school, etc... anything you needed luck for, they could make you a glass weight. It is in decent condition, the paper on the bottom is starting to come off. It measures about 4' by 2 1/2'.
