Original Eckstein Cigarette Ashtray

Original pre-war Eckstein Zigaretten porcelain advertising ashtray in good condition. This is a nice looking ashtray. Items like this did make their way to the front. I actually saw this same ashtray as a dig up from a German Bunker in Russia. When Germans dug in, they made themselves comfortable. It has some light wear and discoloration.The bottom is marked 'C.T. Altwasser Germany 28.' Altwasser, Germany becamepart of Walbrzych, Poland after WWII.The design of the maker's mark dates it between 1925 and 1932.It measures about 5 3/8' in diameter.
