German Tilt Hat

Vintage 1940s German red tilt hat. Tilt hats were common in the 1940s to save on material. It is a one-size-fits-all type design as it is meant to be worn at an angle, slightly onto the forehead. This hat came from outside Berlin.It is in overall good condition, but it does show a little bit of wear. There is some discoloration around the headband inside.
