1 Gasschutzhaube Steel Box

Original WWII German 1 Gasschutzhaube or gas protection hood. This one is in decent condition, the outside is nice with a working latch and both carrying strap loops are intact. The inside still has the spring loaded arm that held the hood in place. These were frequently removed after the war to better use as a tool box. This is a nice sized box to use for your display as extra storage. Good original paint and original waffen amt stamp inside.
