Funkstelle or Fernmeldstelle Communications Sign BW

This is a post war Bundeswehr communications flag or sign. The arrow is removable and has its own rope hanger, in case you need to use it to help point to the Funkstelle. This is very similar to the WWII version. It is nearly the same construction - the straps would have likely been leather during the war rather than rubberized cloth, although that is not terribly distracting. The F on the flag is also made of a rubberized cloth and glows in the dark. It shows a bit of wear to the flag and the paint on the arrow - some of the flags need a bit of cleaning (the 'F' has a bit of dirt on some). This is a nice accessory for a communications display.
