Purple Dress with Bishop Sleeves(B-39' W-28' H-35')

Vintage 1940s purple dress with bishop sleeves.MEASUREMENTS (approximate):Bust - 39' - 39 1/2'Waist - 27 1/2' - 28'Hips - 35'Length - 47 1/2'This dress is made from a shiny material - it is a purple / blue color. There are fabric covered buttons on the end of the sleeves and the back of the neck. There are snaps on the cuff and the side of the dress closes with snaps and a hook and eye. The sleeves are very full and come to a point; they are tightly fitted around the wrist. There are pleats on the sides.It is in good / decent condition overall, but it does have some wear. There is minor discoloration in places - most noticeably on the neck and on the armpits. On one armpit and on one sleeve, there are small holes. The other armpit does not have a hole, although the material does seem thin. There is wear to the buttons and a few places where the seams are loose.
