Gray Seamed Stockings(Nurses, DRK, Helferin & Military Personnel)

Vintage new old stock fully fashioned gray seamed stockings that have never been worn.Vintage stockings are sized (they are not a one-size fits all) -we have three sizes available:Size 9(which should fit a US shoe size 6 1/2 to 7 1/2)Size 10(which should fit a US shoe size 8 1/2 to 9 1/2).Size 10 1/2(which should fit a US shoe size 9 1/2 to 10 1/2)Gray stockings are much harder to come by than the tan/nude colored stockings. Gray stockings were worn by nurses and military personnel (both US and German - DRK and helferin are often seen in photographs wearing gray) as well as for civilian use.These are made just like they were in the 1940s, except they are a more durable nylon material - perfect for reenactments, with a little added strength (although they are still delicate)! These stockings are meant to be worn with a garter belt - you can't wear them without one.They are new old stock; they came from the warehouse of a store that went out of business years ago. They may have very minor imperfections, but nothing that detracts from the appearance or usefulness.STOCKINGS ARE DELICATE! The material is quite thin; they will run if not handled properly. Be careful not to get your fingernails caught in the material.Some have US markings, some have no markings.We also have tan / nude stockings available (in a variety of sizes) withUS markingsand withGerman markings.
