Velvet Blouse(B-36' W-28'--)

Vintage 1940s brown velvet blouse.MEASUREMENTS (approximate):Bust - 36'Waist - 28' - 28 1/2'Length - 21 1/2'The top has two sets of large gold flower shaped buttons. There is a bow at the neck. All of the buttons are functional and underneath the 'bib' part, the top closes with hooks and eyes.The blouse is in fair / as-is condition. Thee is staining under the armpits and along the neck as well as wear on and around the buttons. The bow is missing a snap to secure it at the neck and several of the hooks and eyes are missing.
