Canadian WWI, Trench Art Coal Scuttle, 4 C.M.R. Overseas

Original era manufacture. A great looking piece of WWI trench art using a British 18 Pounder shell casing as its main component. The piece measures just over 7.5 inches in length, with a movable handle, and two .45 bullets as props.Soldered to the top of the scuttle is a brass Canadian Moose, 1 CMR Overseas, and a Canadian maple leaf button on each side of the handle. Pleasing brass patina finish overall.
