German WWII RAD Enlisted Dress Belt & Buckle, Identified

Original era manufacture. Made just like a military dress belt, black patent leather exterior, with a green wool felt lined reverse. Glued to the reverse is the original owners name tag. Brown leather adjusting tab, holds the two-piece RAD enlisted buckle in place.The buckle is clean, the front is slightly dented with both attaching prongs being present. The belt leather is a little stiff and the surface is cracked as patent leather does, but overall it remains quite presentable.
