German WWII NSRL Leather Medical Verbandtasche

Original era manufacture.A prewar quality leather medical pouch with the NSRL emblem embossed into the top cover. Two securing straps at front, which when released allow the body of the pouch to fall forward revealing partitions for medical supplies and a contents list glued to the back.The pouch is in very sound condition, exhibiting minor age and wear. The nameNational League for Physical Training (NSRL) existed until 1938 when it was changed to the more familiar DRL.
