German WWII, Hard Shell P38 Holster

Original era manufacture. Avery sound, black leather hard shell holster with sound stitching andfaint markings on its reverse.What is visible is a faint P-38, the right wing of a Waffenamt eagle and a faint three letter code, dww?Nice luster to the leather finish, with light marring from service use, it is not crushed or flattened, and no dry rot.While on the phone with a customer yesterday looking this old holster over, I noticed that the top line of stitching on the left belt loop is coming loose. Now each end of the loop is held in place by two lines of stitching, so the loopis still securely mounted to the body of the holster, but thought you should know...hence the price reduction today.
