Zeiss 8x60 'M.S.S.' Kriegsmarine binoculars 'blc'

A simply magnificent original pair of the highly desirable Kriegsmarine Zeiss 'blc' 8x60 binoculars - an early production set which were marked for issue to the 'M.S.S.' orMarine Signal Stations.They remain in super, full original condition throughout - with nigh on all of the textured outer coating still intact to the barrels and factory black paint present.Even theoriginaldetachable rubber eyecups are still fitted, which are nearly always missing and very rare in their own right.The coated lens optics produce a nice usable image - and also importantly still retaining the vertical aiming line in the right-hand side!This feature was fitted to enable these binoculars to be mounted on deck for aiming purposes etc.This truly stunning pair of binoculars would make for a perfect addition and a top highlight within any Kriegsmarine or optics related collection!
