Early Leitz Wetzlar 7x50 Kriegsmarine U-boat binoculars

A very nice original and scarce early pair of the Porro II 7x50Kriegsmarinebinoculars which were produced byLeitz Wetzlar.Optically, they remain fully functional and clear on the right-hand side - but will require servicing on the left side to restore function there.In addition, they also retain the remains of a property sticker underneath one of the prism housings, as shown. This is for the once renown optical dealer Wallace Heaton in London W1 - and so this binocular was clearly part of their inventory at one point in its history.A wonderful early example, with all of the leatherette coverings intact, that would make for a great display piece!
