REPRODUCTION WW2 GERMAN AIRCRAFT TAIL SWASTIKA

This is a very nice and large reproduction WW2 German Aircraft tail Swastika with majority of its paint in tact, you can see there are what looks to be 5 large bullet holes to it which has been made, all the little holes are where the rivets use to be to connect it to the plane, I'm not sure which plane this is meant to represent but I believe a Maybe as it's painted green and its size maybe from a junkers or Henkel tail, but I'm not 100%, this belonged to an old lady who had it in her house for decades, there is some writing which has been put on in red paint saying 501 'Ditscher' Harris St Meux France 1940. I'm not 100% sure the meaning behind this, I suppose the only person will know is the individual who wrote it, This measures 26' x 26'.
