U.S. 3rd Model M3 Trench Knife and M8 Scabbard Makers Marked 'UTICA' - Nice Used Condition

In nice used condition, this 'UTICA' makers marked U.S. M3 Trench Knife. So-called 3rd model being makers marked on the hilt. Clearly marked M3 and UTICA on the crossguard and marked on the pommel with Ordnance bomb on the pommel. The M8 scabbard clearly makers marked B.M. Co. These type of knifes were widely used in the ETO and during operations such as D-Day and Normandy in 1944. A nice used 3rd model M3 trench knife, fitted with original leather lace.
