WW1 German Surgeons Field Operating Kit 1917

A WW1 German surgeons kit being a leather wallet containing various surgical instruments. A calico leaf in the back served as a contents list & although now mostly faded the date of '17' can still be seen at the bottom. Many of the instruments are marked 'HAUPTNER'.
