A good example of the Ukw.E.e receiver , part of the FU 5 radio system used in conjunction with the WSc 10 transmitter which we have listed seperately.After 1938 German armoured vehicles (Pz.III, Pz.IV, etc.) were equipped with the Fu 5 radio system that comprised the WSc 10 transmitter and additional Ukw.E.e receiver. These were generally used for short distance communication between tank company and tank battalion headquarters.
