WW2 German Gas Mask & Canister - Uncleaned & As Found

A recently straight out of the woodwork found gas mask & canister the latter having interesting unit markings to neck.Canister retains its factory green paint & has ink stamped eagle & swastika to spare lens compartment. There is still some very old card in the bottom of it from an issue carton of some sort. Gas mask is of the M38 black rubber facepiece model with 1943 dated filter & ink stamped eagle & swastika to inner edge of facepiece.Left totally as found I have made no attempt to clean any of it.
