US Cold War Era, Submarine Sailors Souvenir Buckle

Original era manufacture. A well made buckle, featuring the standard brass friction buckle, which has been soldered to a curved alloy plate, which in turn, has had a full size set of enlisted dolphins soldered to it. Named to the individual as shown, normal age and wear.
