Gilt and enamel, pinback lapel badge for the Royal Life Saving Society's Respiration Service. This was worn by many of the services involved in the Home Front, including CD personnel who had passed the Society's examination in artificial respiration. Numbered and manufacturer marked ' J.A.Wylie & Co.,London ' to reverse. In excellent, fresh condition.
