Substitute I.D. which was only valid in a certain town (as filled inn)If the person would be checked somewhere else he had to be taken prisoner!Unused,but stamped and therfor only to be filled inn!Especially for workers for the 'Arbeitseinsatz'Measurements 13 x 20 cms.I,ve got several examples.
