Boer War Original Cabinet Photograph - South African Light Horse (SALH) - Attributed

A cracking image, Maltese cross slouch hat badge is visible on a rosette but it is hard to see the badge in detail (this badge had the letters ASLH on the arms of the cross and the date 1899 to centre), but what is more clear is the shoulder title 'SALH'. Hexham (Northumberland) photographer and annotated in ink 'Yours very truely / F.A. Raven'. Worthy of further research.
