WW1 Patriotic Royal Navy Gilt Sweetheart Brooch Pin Badge

Registered Design present but hard to read, but most probably for the either the year 1914 or 1915. In the form of a sailor's straw boater hat to the centre of crossed naval cutlasses / swords mounted with glass stones of red, white and blue. Original and functional pin fitting. Gilt bright.
