A good original 1950's period 'Girl Guides Land Rangers Trefoil Promise badge', a gilt bras example inlaid with red enamel, bearing fretted star to the top leaf and 'Girl Guides' scroll below, the reverse impressed with maker's details ''COLLINS LONDON' and embossed 'REGd 671782' a registered, design and patent date of 1919. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no stress marks or enamel loss.Height approx 22mm.
