A scarce ORIGINAL circa 1909 issue 'Boy Scouts Cyclist proficiency badge' red embroidered 16 spoked cycle wheel on khaki felt circular backing, the reverse with black herringbone cotton lining. Very good used condition, colours remain bright.Diameter approx 35mm.
