Royal Air Force pilot wing RAF gilt and enamel tie pin badge

A good original circa 1940's vintage period 'Royal Air Force gilt and enamel tie-pin badge'; George VI Crowned wreath, blue enamel disc bearing 'RAF' title flanked by white enamel feathered wings impressed 'MADE IN ENGLAND' to both parts. Very good condition, complete with original sprung pin fitting, no stress marks or damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright.Wingspan approx 39mm.
