Federation of the Women's Institutes Warwickshire WI Pin Badge c.1933 –1939

A scarce original pre war circa 1930's period 'Federation of the Women's Institutes pin badge', gilt bi-part shield bearing Warwickshire bar across the top, green half with 'WI monogram, red half with combined bear and ragged staff; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Fattorini & Sons Ltd Bradford Works Birmingham' a format backmark used between 1933 and 1939. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no stress marks or loss of enamel.Height approx 22mm.
