Kempton Park Club 1953 horse racing membership badge

A good original ladies '1953 Kempton Park Club gilt and enamel pin badge' in the form of a miniature jockey cap, impressed with official issue numbers '764' and maker's details 'Marples & Beasley Birmingham'. Very good condition, no damage to the enamel and complete with both pin fittings.Kempton Park Racecourse, Sunbury-on-Thames opened for horse racing in 1878 and is still going strong today.
