American Red Cross Great Britain War Workers Badge Title & Ribbon Bar

A scarce original Second World War period 'American Red Cross Great Britain pin badge'; small chromium plated example with blue enamel title surround, red cross to the centre on white enamel ground; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Thomas Fattorini Ltd Regent St Birmingham'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel. Diameter approx 20mm. together with a bronzed 'A.R.C. title pin and silk ribbon bar with plastic covering easily removed.
